Country House in the City

Outwood House dates from 1754 and offers a taste of the country in Horsforth, five miles from the centre of Leeds and five miles from
Leeds Bradford Airport. Set in an acre of mature gardens, three of the luxurious ensuite bedrooms are south facing with a view of the field and woods beyond. The fourth ensuite bedroom faces west and overlooks the neighbouring 18th century barn, courtyard and field.

Our bedrooms feature the best of Yorkshire craftsmanship including luxury handmade beds and mattresses from Harrison Spinks and fabrics from Abraham Moon. Guests can enjoy breakfast with locally sourced ingredients, relax in the day room, and play snooker in the library or croquet on the lawn.
